We had a really fun party planned, but due to rising Covid-19 cases in NYC and the loss of our venue because of positive cases reported there, we decided to cancel the in person Hardware Holiday Party. We were really looking forward to seeing all of you in person, but alas, we'll need to wait a while longer. 

That doesn't mean we won't be meeting though! NY Hardware Meetup is still happening on Zoom at the same time. RSVP on our Meetup page to view the link.

Here's what we planned originally: 

Join informal and NY Hardware Meetup at Newlab for the first in-person event for the New York hardware community in nearly two years. 

We'll start the night with an open mic-style Hardware Meetup where anyone from the community can give a two minute talk or demo followed by questions from the audience. After, we'll move upstairs for a holiday party, complete with beer and wine, food, and live music from Black Tie Brass. You don't want to miss it!

The schedule for the evening:

6:00pm - Hardware Meetup

7:30pm - Party Time

10:30pm - After Party

This is a free event if you RSVP and arrive before 7:30pm, but parties definitely aren't free to organize. Donations are highly appreciated. Donate Here

Entry will be $20 per person after NY Hardware Meetup, unless you make a donation! 

Valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination will be required to enter Newlab. We highly recommend getting your booster shot if you can. Temperature checks, as well as other safety precautions will be in place. Masks are encouraged but not required.
